Red light in the front is on
If the red LED located on the front of the machine is lit, it means that the machine is faulty. Here is the procedure to follow when a fault is detected.
Step 1
Perform an On/Off
It may be that a simple On / Off allow your machine to restart.
Press the I/O button on the back of the machine to stop and restart it.

2nd step
Whetherthe red LED flashes, count the number of flashes to identify the fault.
x1 blink : pumping
x2 flashes : overcurrent
x3 flashes : filter
x7 flashes : level sensor
x8 flashes : temperature sensor
x9 flashes : the boiler does not heat when purged
x10 flashes : overheating
x11 flashes : the boiler does not heat up
x12 flashes : the rise and fall does not rise fast enough
x13 flashes: the up and down does not go down fast enough
x14 flashes : conductivity sensor
