This white paper is based on a survey conducted with Ifop on March 2023 among a sample of 1,005 French employees. We analysed the drinking habits of a large number of companies. From the number of cups used, to cleaning methods and perceived hygiene, this white paper reviews all the key points for understanding consumer expectations on the subject of the ‘coffee break’ in the workplace.
