There is a water leak under the machine
If there is water under the machine, it can be related to several factors.
If the machine isconnected to water and drainage networks, THEwater tank must stayempty and theeffluent tank should notnot fill up.
If the machine works on tanks:
Option 1
There is a leak in the water tank

Remove the water tank and check that it is not leaking

If a leak is present, contact our service department
Option 2
There is a leak in the effluent tank

Remove the effluent tank and check that it is not too full. The magnet must be able to move.

If the magnet does not move or is missing, contact our service department
