The dome goes up and down
The cleaning capsule is movable.
Be aware that a safety device is present on the machine to prevent a cleaning cycle from starting if an object prevents the capsule from closing properly.
Option 1
Check that you are using the correct glass(a Pavina auum by Bodum glass)
Option 2
Check that no object is preventing the closing of the cleaning capsule
If the previous points are good, try to perform an On/Off.
